Meditation? Is it for youngsters or for elderly?

Meditation has amazing benefits, from healing your skin/ailments, being positive, being mindful to experiencing past life/third eye opening.


Lot of amazing results have been experienced by my friends and by yoga teacher who has influenced me to try this and I cannot thank her enough. I feel immensely happy and content after doing meditation.


I can feel/visualize multiple colors in multiple shapes, which depicts my chakras getting activated and healing me from within.


I would recommend this journey for you all to try and explore it.
